# Third-party notices

This hub uses Python standard-library build/orchestration code. Website reference marks and supplied community artwork are attributed below. Apache license text is from https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt. Component dependencies and licenses are recorded in their repositories.

Official Grok and SpaceXAI marks in website/media are third-party trademarks, not Apache-2.0 project code. Downloaded 4 October 2026 from the logo package linked at https://x.ai/legal/brand-guidelines; SVG bytes are unchanged. Used only as references to those products/company, separately from the community identity, with no affiliation or endorsement claim. Permission is subject to the owner’s guidelines and may be withdrawn. These files must retain this notice and their provenance; Apache-2.0 does not grant trademark rights or rights to relicense the official marks.

The user-supplied Grok Gadgets raster mark is generated original community artwork described in [the sanitized community provenance record](docs/visuals/brand-provenance.md). The approved icon and logo are used unchanged as project identity. Original source assets remain preserved. They are distinct from the official product/company marks. The official guidelines also restrict using company marks in third-party product names; project naming and any public press materials remain a brand-review item before publication.

The v3 social preview contains a generated rendition of the project mark and the Grok Bot round face, based on the user's supplied visual references. The Bot face is a third-party product reference, with no affiliation or endorsement claim; its appearance does not establish official asset provenance or grant trademark rights. The older v2 preview used the icon from the locally installed Grok Bot desktop app. Its bundle identity and checksum are retained in `website/media/provenance.json`. These older preview files remain available for existing cached links.
